FIRM"
Cadianda Houses Builder & Management Co. is a part
of Ekotur Turizm, Insaat Limited Sirketi which is founded by Arif Kozan in year
1999 as a house development project.
We have started our first house development
project in Uzumlu village in the year 1999 and it was named Cadianda Houses.
After while this project name become our branding name for construction and
house management department.
After so many years working Tourism and Travel
industry our director and his partner has invested Ekotur Limited Sirketi in
year 2002. Company established and based in Fethiye - Mugla - TURKEY. Ekotur
Turizm, Insaat Limited Co. has focused to tourism and travel agency
services by giving local ground handling services to European and Turkish travel
agencies and tour operators in the area.
Meantime we have started to offer seleted holiday
homes to our tour operators and agencies for their holiday rental programs.
We are still agent for some well known British-European
tour operators in the area (ei; Meon Travel and Villas, Sovereign Villas, First
Choice Holidays PLC, Tui Travel UK - Thomson Villas)
We also own several holiday villas and complexes

Our contruction department is developing several
houses a year. Most of them are TAILOR MADE
projects as our client choose land,
project and we materialise them with our experience, high-quality and standards.
