architects to discuss your requirements and design your dream home according
to your wishes.
1. GETTING TO
KNOW WHAT YOU NEED;
We meet to identify your general requirements ie; location, size of plot and
size of house.
2. FINDING YOUR LAND;
From your general
requirements we will view available land for sale. When you have found a
suitable plot we will start the purchasing process of the land (please

3. PLANNING & BUILDING PERMISSIONS;
The title deed
transfer procedure to a foreign citizen takes a long time. We normally start
planning and permission procedure of the building work while the title deed is
still in our name. Then, in conjunction with our architects, we will design your
dream home to your requirements and fit the finished plan onto the plot. This
finished plan is then submitted for building permission.
4. SIGNING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT;
When we have
agreed on the design and specification of the house, for your peace of mind, we
draw up an agreement which regulates all the terms and conditions of the
building work, payments and legal registration as well as timescale for the
building work. Final payment will be due on satisfactory completion.
5. REGISTRATIONS;
When the building
work is completed we will register your house at the local municipal office and
land registry office.
6. DEED TRANSFER;
The deed transfer
is completed in 2 phases. First phase is the transfer of the title deed of the
land after military permission has arrived, this can take up to 3 months. The
second phase is the deed showing the house on the plot, this can only be applied
for after all work is completed and the house has been surveyed to ensure it
complies with the original submitted plan.
